Customize More Than the Logo

Specify the yarn, shape, branding and retail packaging for your beanie.

We confirm each option in your sample. Special materials, colors, construction, labels or packaging can affect MOQ, price and timing; material documents are checked for the order.

  • Materials: Acrylic, cotton, wool blends, organic cotton, recycled polyester and recycled acrylic.
  • Size & construction: Adult, kids, baby and larger sizes; specify cuff height, fit, pom pom size and attachment.
  • Colors & patterns: Pantone or physical swatch references, solid colors, stripes, color blocking and jacquard designs.
  • Logo methods: Embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer, jacquard knitting, woven labels and leather patches.
  • Labels: Main labels, care labels and hangtags, with content, size and placement agreed for your order.
  • Packaging: Individual PE bags, kraft paper bags, custom paper boxes and biodegradable bags.

Our knitting gauges, finishing equipment and inspection process support the approved design.

  • Knitting & finishing
    3G, 5G, 7G and 12G knitting, including jacquard and intarsia. Embroidery, printing, labels, pom poms and steam shaping are handled in-house.
  • Development & sample control
    Our development team reviews drawings, measurements and physical references, then records the approved sample, specifications and agreed changes.
  • Checks at three stages
    IQC covers incoming materials, IPQC checks production and FQC checks finished goods. We confirm packing, third-party inspection and forwarder arrangements before shipment.

We are a manufacturer with our own beanie factory in Suzhou, China. Our team handles knitting, sewing, logo application, finishing, quality checks and packing in-house. Video factory tours and third-party factory visits can be arranged; on-site visits need advance confirmation.
You can specify the yarn, size, fit, cuff height, color, knitted pattern, pom pom details, logo, labels and packaging. We review the design against the chosen yarn and construction, then confirm the details in a pre-production sample. Special materials, colors, techniques or packaging may affect the minimum quantity, price and schedule.
Yes. You can check the construction, material, color, size, logo, workmanship and packaging on a physical pre-production sample. Standard sampling takes 5–7 days; 3-day rush sampling costs extra. Sample fees and freight apply, and the first two revisions are free. Bulk production starts after written approval and deposit.
Our standard minimum is 50 pieces per style and color. Standard samples take 5–7 days, and regular bulk orders typically take 15–20 days to produce after written sample and specification approval and receipt of the 50% deposit. Yarn availability, construction, logo work, revisions, quantity, packaging and factory scheduling can change these figures. We confirm the MOQ and schedule in your quote; shipping time is additional.
