We start with the required organic cotton percentage and any claim or document for the order, then check available yarn and material files. Our factory develops the beanie to the agreed specification; organic fibre alone does not establish finished-product certification.
- Production and inspection: We knit, sew, apply logos, finish, inspect and pack in-house, without outsourcing production. IQC checks incoming yarn and accessories, IPQC monitors production, and FQC checks finished beanies against the approved sample and order specification.

Approve Yarn in the Finished Beanie
The selected yarn needs a finished sample. We confirm color, gauge, layers and fit rather than treating organic content as a product-performance specification.

Record the approved yarn specification and any batch or supply details required for the order. - Color
Provide Pantone references or swatches, then approve the feasible yarn and knitted result. - Gauge and Layers
Choose a feasible 3G, 5G, 7G or 12G gauge and specify single- or double-layer construction. - Finished Dimensions
Approve width, crown height, cuff height and fit in the actual yarn and structure.
Approve Every Printed Material Statement
We confirm material wording against the order’s fibre content and document scope. Labels, hangtags and packaging are approved before printing.

Knit Texture and Gauge
Develop a feasible rib, waffle or other approved structure in the selected yarn. Gauge, layers and finished weight are checked in the sample.
