Before sampling, we check your requested cashmere percentage, other fibres, yarn supply, color and required documents. We develop and produce the beanie to your approved composition, fit and finish.

  • Production and inspection: We complete knitting, sewing, logo application, finishing, inspection and packing in-house, without production outsourcing. IQC checks incoming yarn and accessories, IPQC monitors production, and FQC checks finished beanies against the approved sample.

Approve the Finished Cashmere Beanie

The yarn is the starting point. We also develop the knit surface, logo application and fit, then approve the complete beanie before bulk production.

No. Your order may specify 100% cashmere or a defined cashmere blend. Record the cashmere percentage, every other fibre and the approved yarn reference before sampling, pricing or producing fibre-content labels.
Base the cashmere percentage and blend on hand feel, product weight, budget and care needs. List every fibre and its percentage, not just “cashmere blend.” WiseBeanie checks yarn availability, color, knit compatibility, MOQ, price and timing. Approve the finished sample because composition alone does not define the final beanie.
Material documents and care-label information may be provided, subject to availability and coverage for the selected yarn and order. Add every required yarn specification, composition record or material document to the written brief. Provide destination-market language and label requirements, then approve fibre percentages, care wording, size, placement and attachment before production.
The standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style and color. A standard pre-production sample normally takes 5–7 days; a 3-day rush option costs extra. Bulk production normally takes 15–20 days after written sample and specification approval and receipt of the agreed deposit. Shipping time is additional. Cashmere yarn supply, composition, color, structure, labels, packaging, revisions and scheduling can change the final quantity, price or timing.
