Your Fleece Beanies Factory

Fleece may form the shell, a full or partial lining, or another specified component. We develop the material and construction together because an inner layer changes thickness, edge appearance and fit. The complete sample becomes the production reference.

  • Production and inspection: We complete knitting, sewing, logo application, finishing, inspection and packing in-house, without production outsourcing. IQC checks incoming yarn, fleece and accessories, IPQC checks dimensions, seams and attachment, and FQC checks finished beanies against the approved sample and order specification.

Define the Fleece Construction Before Sampling

A drawing, photo or reference sample shows us where to place the fleece. Its position determines the panels, seams, edges and measurements we need to develop.

    Confirm the fabric, panel shape, seams, lower edge and finished dimensions.
  • Full Fleece Lining
    Develop the outer shell and full lining together as one finished beanie.
  • Partial Lining
    Mark the covered area, lining height, upper edge and attachment points.

    Identify the part, dimensions, visibility, composition and attachment method.

Approve the Size with Every Layer Included

We measure and fit the complete beanie, including the fleece. Thickness, stretch and attachment can change the inner space and visible edge.

  • Finished Size
    Confirm opening width, crown height, cuff height and target wearer with fleece included.
  • Edge Appearance
    State whether the fleece should be hidden, flush with the edge or visible by a set amount.
  • Attachment
    Define the seam, opening, upper edge and any fixed attachment points.
  • Physical Approval
    Check thickness, fit, edge and movement on the complete sample before production.
Confirm the Finished Construction

Coordinate the Shell, Fleece and Branding

Approve the outer shell, fleece and logo together. Material statements and care wording follow the actual composition and construction.

  • Shell and Lining Colors
    Provide a color reference for each part and state whether a visible edge should match or contrast.
  • Logo Position
    Confirm whether branding is applied to the shell, cuff, label or another specified area.
  • Fibre and Care Text
    List the actual fibre compositions and approve washing, drying and handling instructions.
  • Final Sample
    Before bulk production, check color, seams, fleece exposure, logo, labels and packaging.

Review fleece shells and linings, fibre content, and any performance tests required for your order.

We can review fleece for a fabric shell, full lining, partial lining or another specified component. Send a drawing, photos or reference sample. We check fabric supply, composition, weight, thickness, stretch, seams, attachment and finished dimensions for that construction.
No. The name “fleece” does not confirm fibre content. State the required composition and percentages, or send the fabric code or swatch for review. If recycled content is required, specify the recycled fibre percentage and supporting documents separately before the quote and label text are approved.
No. Fleece or an added lining does not establish a fixed warmth, windproof, waterproof, breathability or moisture-management rating. Include each required performance target and test method in your brief so feasibility, cost and timing can be checked before the order is confirmed.
The standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style and color. A standard pre-production sample normally takes 5–7 days; a 3-day rush option costs extra. Bulk production normally takes 15–20 days after written sample and specification approval and receipt of the agreed deposit. Shipping time is additional. Fleece supply, weight, construction, labels, packaging, revisions and scheduling can change the final conditions.
