Your Recycled Beanies Factory

We identify the recycled fibre, its percentage and every other fibre before checking yarn supply. We review your document and claim requirements with the material, then develop the knit and branding on an approved sample.

  • Production and inspection: We complete knitting, sewing, logo application, finishing, inspection and packing in-house, without production outsourcing. IQC checks incoming yarn and accessories, IPQC monitors production, and FQC checks finished beanies against the approved sample and order specification.

Develop Your Recycled Beanies

After agreeing on the material, develop the structure and brand details for your range.

Specify the Recycled Fibre and Percentage

We record the exact recycled fibre and percentages from your brief to the label. A general sustainability statement cannot replace the material specification.

  • Recycled polyester
    State the recycled polyester percentage and every other fibre.
  • Recycled acrylic
    State the recycled acrylic percentage and every other fibre.
  • Blended Yarn
    Record the recycled and non-recycled content of each fibre separately.
  • Standard Material
    Do not label standard polyester or acrylic as recycled without the required specification and support.

We check material files against the selected yarn and order. The holder, covered scope and validity determine what wording or marks the documents can support.

    State whether you need a GRS-related material file or another customer-specified document.
  • Document Holder
    Check the named holder and its role in the order. A supplier’s certificate does not establish WiseBeanie’s certification.
  • Covered Scope
    Confirm whether the file covers the fibre, yarn, process or finished product in the order.
  • Validity and Match
    Check dates, material details and order relevance before using a claim or mark.
Confirm the Document Requirement

Approve Recycled Yarn in the Beanie

We develop the required beanie using the recycled yarn. Gauge, color, layers and dimensions are approved on the sample alongside the label wording.

  • Yarn and Gauge
    Confirm the yarn and select a feasible 3G, 5G, 7G or 12G structure.
  • Color
    Provide Pantone references or swatches, then approve the feasible knitted result.
  • Size and Layers
    Approve width, crown height, cuff height and single- or double-layer construction.
  • Label Content
    Approve fibre percentages, care text and languages, and use only recycled wording supported for the order.

Knit and Gauge Development

Select a feasible gauge and structure for the approved recycled yarn. We check the knitted surface, finished weight and color on the sample.

We can review recycled polyester and recycled acrylic. State the recycled percentage and every other fibre. Yarn supply, color, knit compatibility, supporting documents, MOQ, price and timing are confirmed for the chosen product and order.
Not automatically. A recycled material specification or GRS-related material file does not prove that the complete beanie, every process or every order is GRS certified. State the required document and claim. Before any claim is used, WiseBeanie checks the file holder, covered scope, validity and relevance to the order.
Yes. State the required recycled percentage and list every other fibre with its percentage. WiseBeanie checks suitable yarn and documents for that specification. Do not use “recycled blend” alone because it does not identify the recycled fibre, its percentage or the remaining composition.
The standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style and color. A standard pre-production sample normally takes 5–7 days; a 3-day rush option costs extra. Bulk production normally takes 15–20 days after written sample and specification approval and receipt of the agreed deposit. Shipping time is additional. Recycled yarn supply, percentage, color, document needs, structure, labels, packaging, revisions and scheduling can change the final conditions.
