Terms of Service

1. Website Use

WiseBeanie shows products and receives business inquiries through this website. An inquiry or quotation request does not create an order. An order requires accepted commercial documents and payment.

You may not misuse the site, submit false information, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code or infringe another party’s rights.

2. Product Information

Website descriptions, images, colors, sizes, materials and examples are general references. Final requirements follow the approved sample, specification sheet and accepted order documents.

3. Quotations and Pricing

Quotations are based on the stated design, material, quantity, decoration, packaging, testing, destination, trade term and schedule. Changes to requirements may require a revised price or timetable.

Quotation validity: The quotation states its validity period. If no validity period is stated, the price must be reconfirmed before order acceptance. Known charges are itemized or clearly described. No undisclosed charge is added without written agreement.

4. Samples

Samples are used to confirm construction, material, color, size, decoration, workmanship and packaging. Approval must be given in writing by email or an accepted platform message.

Sample fees and freight are confirmed in the written quotation. The quote states preparation time, revision scope and any conditions for a sample-fee refund or credit. Extra work requires prior notice and written approval.

5. Orders, Payments and Production

An order becomes binding when the parties accept the order documents and required payment is received. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer pays a 50% deposit after sample and specification approval. Mass production starts after cleared payment and final confirmation.

After production, WiseBeanie provides photos or video. The customer may arrange a third-party inspection, and the remaining 50% is due before shipment. Long-term payment terms require written agreement. Payment methods, currency and account details are confirmed in the accepted quotation or invoice. Changes or cancellation are settled in writing based on completed work and committed costs.

6. Customer Artwork and Intellectual Property

The customer confirms that it owns or may lawfully use every supplied logo, trademark, character, image, pattern and text. The customer is responsible for claims caused by unauthorized materials.

WiseBeanie uses customer materials only to quote, sample, produce, inspect or complete the order, and does not publish a customer name, logo or custom design without permission.

7. Production Tolerances and Quality

Custom production may have reasonable variation in color, size, weight, placement, stitching, texture, packaging or quantity. The approved sample, specification sheet, written quality standard and accepted order documents define the applicable requirements and tolerances.

8. Shipping and Incoterms®

Shipping may be door-to-door or follow an agreed Incoterms® 2020 rule: EXW, FCA, CPT, CIP, DAP, DPU, DDP, FAS, FOB, CFR or CIF. The order document must name the rule, place or port and version. FAS, FOB, CFR and CIF apply only to suitable sea or inland-waterway transport.

For DDP to a named destination, WiseBeanie handles import clearance and the import duties and taxes included in the quote. Goods are delivered ready for unloading; unloading is excluded unless stated otherwise. Production and delivery dates are estimates unless a signed document expressly guarantees them.

9. Inspection and Claims

The customer should inspect goods promptly and notify the carrier of visible transit damage when required. A claim must identify the order, affected quantity and issue, with supporting photos, video, reports or samples.

The claim period follows the accepted order documents. If no period is stated, notice must be given within a reasonable time after discovery and, where practical, before use, alteration or resale. Remedies follow a review of the evidence, agreed tolerances and order terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, WiseBeanie is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential loss. Unless a signed contract states otherwise, total liability for an affected order does not exceed the amount paid for the affected goods. This limit does not apply to liability that law does not allow the parties to limit.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

Payment platforms, marketplaces, carriers, messaging services and external links have their own terms and policies. WiseBeanie does not control their content, availability, security or privacy practices. Any third-party payment service used for an order must be agreed in writing, and that service’s applicable terms govern its use.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

Unless accepted order documents state otherwise, these terms and related transactions are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without applying conflict-of-law rules.

The parties will first try to resolve disputes through written negotiation. If a dispute remains unresolved and no order document sets another method, either party may bring it before a court with jurisdiction at the supplier’s registered address.

13. Changes to Terms

WiseBeanie may update these terms when the website or business practices change. The page will show the new effective date. An update does not replace terms already accepted for an order unless both parties agree in writing.
