1. Choose Your Yarn

Select the feel, season and price range you need, then review yarn availability and any material documents. Special yarns and colors can change the MOQ and timing.

2. Set the Size and Shape

Develop adult, kids, baby or plus sizes from measurements, a drawing or a sample. Adjust the cuff and pom pom where used, then approve the fit and structure on the finished sample.

3. Develop Colors and Patterns

Use a Pantone reference or physical swatch to discuss color. Solids, stripes, color blocks and jacquard patterns are reviewed against the chosen yarn and knitting method.

4. Add Your Brand

Embroidery, printing, knitted artwork and attached labels each give a different result. We check the logo detail, surface, size, placement and color count before making the sample.

5. Finish With Your Labels

6. Plan the Packaging

Custom Beanie Development Questions

How to get started, what can be changed and what to expect from sampling.

We customize yarn, size, shape, cuff height, pom pom size and attachment, colors, knitted patterns, logos, labels and packaging. We review these options for the selected cuffed, pom pom, fisherman, slouchy, cuffless or Christmas beanie.
Yes. Send a reference photo, drawing, physical sample or description of the beanie you want. Add any logo files you have. We will identify the details needed to develop the design and prepare a sample.
The standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style and color. Special yarns, custom colors, construction, decoration, labels and packaging may have different minimums. We confirm them before you commit to the order.
A standard pre-production sample normally takes 5–7 days. A 3-day rush option costs extra. Sample fees and freight are quoted; the sample fee can be refunded when the agreed bulk quantity is reached. The first two revisions are free, with later revisions confirmed separately. You approve the physical sample and final specification before bulk production.
Begin with a style reference and estimated quantity. To finalize the quote, we review material, size, colors, logo artwork or a design brief, labels, packaging, sample needs, destination and target date. You do not need every detail ready for the first enquiry.
