Choose the Effect You Want

A stitched logo, a knitted pattern and an attached patch give different results. Send your artwork or reference so we can review detail, placement and surface before recommending a method.

  • Beanie styles: Cuffed, pom pom, fisherman, slouchy, cuffless and Christmas beanies, depending on the material and knit structure.
  • Orders: Brand, retail, private label, team, event and promotional orders.
  • Before sampling: Confirm the knit surface, logo position, finished logo size, artwork detail, colors and quantity before sampling.

Compare Beanie Logo Methods

Check the chosen logo on a physical beanie sample.

Embroidery

A stitched logo works on an approved area of the cuff or body. We review lettering, thread colors and finished dimensions against the texture of the knit.

  • Single- or multi-color artwork is reviewed by stitch area and thread colors.
  • Position and size must fit the finished beanie and avoid unsuitable seams or edges.
  • Complex gradients and very small details need review or simplification before sampling.

Screen Printing and Heat Transfer

Review print colors, full-color artwork and the application area together. We check the yarn, surface and stretch before confirming either method.

  • The knit surface, yarn, base color and stretch affect feasibility.
  • Fix the print or transfer size and position in the product specification.
  • Approve color, edge detail, surface feel and stretch on the physical sample.

Jacquard and Intarsia Knitting

Build the design into the beanie itself. Jacquard and intarsia are reviewed against the graphic, stitch grid, yarn colors and the required inside structure.

  • Artwork is converted to a workable knit chart.
  • Gauge, stitch grid, yarn colors and finished dimensions control visible detail.
  • Choose Jacquard or Intarsia after reviewing the graphic, color areas and reverse-side structure.

Woven Labels and Leather Patches

Put the brand mark on a separate label or patch. Its material, shape, dimensions and attachment are developed for the selected position on the beanie.

  • Confirm label material, size, shape, edge and attachment method.
  • Review woven artwork or leather marking against the selected label process.
  • Approve label position, alignment and attachment on the complete sample.

From Artwork to an Approved Beanie

Approve the logo and beanie together as one production reference.

01

Send a Logo or Reference

Share the logo file and a beanie reference, with the quantity if known. We then confirm the material, colors, logo dimensions, position, labels, packaging and target date.

02

Compare the Physical Result

Check logo detail, color, size and placement on the chosen knit. Review the complete fit and packaging too. Standard samples normally take 5–7 days; a 3-day rush option costs extra.

03

Approve for Production

Approve the physical sample and written specification. Production and final checks compare the finished beanie and logo against those references.

Beanie Logo Questions

Choose a method, prepare artwork and understand sampling.

Yes. Send your logo or reference and your preferred beanie style. We review the knit surface, artwork detail, size, position, colors and quantity before recommending embroidery, printing, knitted artwork or an attached label or patch.
Vector artwork is helpful when available, but you can start with the clearest file or reference image you have. Before sampling, we confirm final artwork, colors, logo dimensions and placement with the complete beanie specification.
The result depends on the method and available area. Tiny lettering, fine lines and gradients may need adjustment for embroidery or knitting. Printing and attached labels have their own material and surface requirements. We confirm a workable version through the sample.
Review the physical sample for artwork detail, color, size, position, alignment and surface feel, together with the beanie fit, labels and packaging. Approve the final sample and written specification before bulk production.
The standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style and color. Sampling normally takes 5–7 days, with a 3-day rush option at extra cost. Regular production typically takes 15–20 days after written sample and specification approval and receipt of the 50% deposit, excluding shipping. Artwork, method, materials, quantity and scheduling can change the quote and timing.
