Your Polyester Beanies Factory

We first identify where polyester is used: knitting yarn, a fabric shell, lining or another component. The material and construction are reviewed together. Recycled polyester and fleece need separate specifications rather than a general polyester description.

  • Production and inspection: We complete knitting, sewing, logo application, finishing, inspection and packing in-house, without production outsourcing. IQC checks incoming yarn, fabric and accessories, IPQC monitors production, and FQC checks finished beanies against the approved sample and order specification.

Start with the part of the beanie that will use polyester.

Specify the Polyester Material

We specify the material so the yarn or fabric, quote and labels use the same specification. Standard polyester, recycled polyester and fleece are reviewed separately.

  • Standard Polyester
    Use this name only when no recycled content has been specified and confirmed.
  • Recycled Polyester
    State the recycled percentage and required supporting documents separately.
  • Fleece
    Specify whether fleece is the shell, lining or another component, then confirm its actual fibre content.
  • Blends
    List every fibre and its percentage, not just “polyester blend.”

The brief differs for yarn and fabric. We check weight, layers, assembly and finished fit for the chosen construction.

    Confirm the yarn reference and select a feasible 3G, 5G, 7G or 12G structure.
  • Fabric
    Provide composition, weight, surface, thickness and stretch requirements for review.
  • Layers and Assembly
    Specify single- or double-layer construction, lining or component position and attachment.
  • Finished Size
    Approve width, crown height, cuff height and fit in the complete construction.

Approve Color, Finish and Performance Requirements

We approve color and surface on the sample. We review any required performance or care result separately against a stated target and test requirement.

  • Color
    Provide Pantone references or a physical swatch, then approve the feasible material result.
  • Surface and Finish
    Use photos, a swatch or a reference sample to show the required texture and appearance.
  • Performance Requirement
    State any quick-dry, moisture, wind, water, UV or other target before quoting; do not infer it from polyester.
  • Care Label
    Approve fibre content, washing, drying, handling, languages, size and placement.

For fabric or lining, provide composition, weight, thickness, surface, stretch and attachment requirements. Name fleece separately when required.
No. Polyester alone does not establish quick-dry, moisture-wicking, waterproof, windproof, UV or other performance. Add each target and test requirement to the written brief. WiseBeanie then checks feasibility, method, cost and timing before confirming the order.
The standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style and color. A standard pre-production sample normally takes 5–7 days; a 3-day rush option costs extra. Bulk production normally takes 15–20 days after written sample and specification approval and receipt of the agreed deposit. Shipping time is additional. Polyester material form, supply, color, structure, labels, packaging, revisions and scheduling can change the final conditions.
