Your Wool Blend Beanies Factory

We start with the wool type and percentage, plus every other fibre in the blend. Yarn supply and knit compatibility are checked against the brief before our factory develops the sample and confirms order terms.

  • Production and inspection: We complete knitting, sewing, logo application, finishing, inspection and packing in-house, without production outsourcing. IQC checks incoming yarn and accessories, IPQC monitors production, and FQC checks finished beanies against the approved sample and order specification.
  • Style references: These product pages show construction options. We confirm the selected material, composition and yarn availability for your order.

Develop Your Wool Blend Beanies

Build the knit and fit around the approved blended yarn.

Specify the Blend and Ratio

We keep the fibre names and percentages consistent across the brief, yarn, quotation and label. The exact blend is agreed before sample approval.

  • Wool Content
State the wool type and exact percentage.
  • Other Fibres
Name acrylic, polyester, cotton or any other selected fibre and its percentage.
  • Merino or Cashmere
Use these names only when the selected yarn contains the confirmed fibre.
  • Composition Label
Approve the wording and percentages against the yarn used for the order.

Approve the Yarn and Finished Structure

A fibre ratio does not define the finished beanie. We develop the yarn, gauge, weight, layers and dimensions together for the intended shape.

  • Yarn
Match the required composition to an available yarn or approved reference.
  • Gauge
Select a feasible 3G, 5G, 7G or 12G structure for the yarn and design.
  • Weight and Layers
Approve target weight and single- or double-layer construction on the sample.
  • Finished Dimensions
Record width, crown height, cuff height and other critical measurements.
Confirm Yarn and Structure

Check Color, Surface and Care on the Sample

We compare the sample with your color and hand-feel references. Care wording and any required pilling or dimensional tests are agreed for the actual composition and construction.

  • Color
Provide Pantone references or swatches and approve the feasible knitted result.
  • Surface
Compare the sample with the agreed hand-feel or visual reference.
  • Use Requirement
State any pilling, dimensional or other test requirements before sampling.
  • Care Label
Set care wording from the actual composition, construction and confirmed requirement.

Custom Wool Blend Beanie FAQ

Set the wool ratio and other fibres, then review surface, care and sample requirements.

A wool blend yarn contains wool and at least one other fibre. For a quote and sample, specify the type and percentage of wool and every other fibre. The term alone does not define the yarn, weight, feel or fit.
Yes, if the selected yarn contains merino wool or cashmere; neither is automatically present in a wool blend. State the required fibre and percentage, then approve the actual yarn and composition label.
Review the surface and hand feel of the selected yarn and finished sample. State any pilling, dimensional or other test requirements before sampling. Set the care wording from the actual composition, construction and confirmed requirements; “wool blend” alone does not prove a washing method or performance result.
The standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style and color. A standard pre-production sample normally takes 5–7 days; a 3-day rush option costs extra. Bulk production normally takes 15–20 days after written sample and specification approval and receipt of the agreed deposit. Shipping time is additional. Yarn supply, blend ratio, color, structure, logo, packaging, revisions and scheduling can change the final conditions.
Start with a beanie reference and estimated quantity. For a detailed quote, we confirm the wool type and all fibre percentages, yarn or physical reference, gauge, weight, dimensions, colors, artwork, labels, packaging, destination and required date. We can help complete missing details before sampling.
