Chunky Knit Developed in Our Factory

We use your texture reference to review yarn and machine gauge, then knit a complete sample. Check density, stretch, cuff proportions and logo placement on the hat before approving bulk production.

Match Gauge, Yarn and Knit

Our factory supports 3G, 5G, 7G and 12G knitting. Gauge alone does not define a chunky result: approve yarn, texture, density, stretch and shape together.

  • 3G
For projects seeking a strongly pronounced knit appearance. Yarn compatibility, stability and final dimensions require sampling.
  • 5G
For brands balancing visible texture with a controlled silhouette. Approve density, stretch and cuff shape on the sample.
  • 7G
For a more moderate knit texture. Confirm that the yarn and stitch still meet the chunky-knit requirements.
  • 12G
Special projects using a finer machine gauge. Use only when the approved sample achieves the required result.

Fit, Hat Height and Cuff

Specify the target wearer, flat dimensions, total height and folded cuff height. We develop the shape from your measurements, drawing or reference sample.

  • Adult Size
Confirm flat measurements, intended stretch and cuff height.
  • Child Size
Provide target age or measurements and review fit by sampling.
  • Infant Size
Review dimensions, structure and requirements before quoting.
  • Plus Size
Confirm measurements, stretch and the effect on cuff proportions.

Chunky Knit Cuffed Beanie FAQs

Answers to the design, sampling and order questions for this style.

A chunky knit cuffed beanie combines a pronounced knitted surface with a folded cuff. It is developed for retail, fashion and private-label orders. The yarn, gauge and stitch create the texture; the name alone does not specify thickness, warmth or a fixed weight.
Choose the yarn and gauge together. We support 3G, 5G, 7G and 12G knitting, but each combination needs sampling to establish texture, density, stretch and finished dimensions. Approve the folded cuff and logo on the same physical sample.
Custom options for a private-label chunky knit cuffed beanie include material, dimensions, cuff height, Pantone or sample-matched color, logo, main label, care label, hangtag and packaging. Send a style drawing, reference image, physical sample or design notes with the logo artwork. Approve the texture, measurements, color, branding, labels and packing on a pre-production sample before production.
Standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style and color. A standard sample takes 5–7 days; a 3-day rush sample costs extra. Bulk production typically takes 15–20 days after written approval of the sample and final specifications and receipt of the 50% deposit. Shipping time is additional. Special yarns, colors, structures, logo methods, labels, packaging, revisions, quantity and factory scheduling can change the final MOQ, price and timing.
Send the style or reference, quantity by color, preferred material, target dimensions, cuff height, color references, logo artwork, label content, packaging, destination and required arrival date. State whether you need a physical sample. We review yarn and process feasibility, applicable MOQ, sample cost and timing, bulk schedule, packing and delivery terms before issuing a written quote.
