Fit and Cuff Proportions

We set the width, crown height and folded cuff height together for the intended fit and logo space.

  • Flat Width
    Confirm relaxed flat width and the intended wearer range, not just a generic size name.
  • Crown Height
    Crown height affects ear coverage and how much fabric sits above the head. Measure it with the cuff folded.
  • Cuff Height
    Cuff height affects warmth, overall proportion and the space available for embroidery, patches or labels.
  • Approved Measurements
    Record the measurement method and approved dimensions so production and inspection follow the same reference.

Yarn, Texture and Warmth

Choose the surface and inner coverage for your range. We develop the yarn and knit together, then confirm hand feel, texture and weight on the sample.

  • Project-Selected Yarn
    Confirm fibre composition, color and hand feel for the specific order. Availability can affect MOQ and timing.
  • Ribbed Structure
    Ribbing gives stretch and a clear vertical texture suited to an everyday fitted beanie.
  • Chunky Texture
    A heavier-looking knit adds volume and a stronger seasonal texture. Final weight follows the approved specification.
  • Wool or Fleece
    Specify the wool content for a wool or wool-blend yarn, or choose fleece lining for an extra layer inside the knit shell.

Branding on a Folded Cuff

Embroidery, woven labels and leather patches each sit differently on a knitted cuff. We check the artwork and approve the finished position with the cuff folded.

  • Embroidery
    Confirm artwork, thread colors, finished size and placement. Dense or detailed designs may require artwork adjustment.
  • Woven Label
    A sewn woven label can sit on the cuff face or edge. Confirm fold, seam and visible dimensions.
  • Leather Patch
    Confirm patch material, shape, attachment and thickness. The patch must sit cleanly on the selected knit.
  • Final Placement
    Mark the approved distance from the cuff edge and side seam to control placement in bulk production.

Rib Knitting

Vertical ribs give the beanie its texture and stretch. We adjust rib scale, width and cuff height together, then check how embroidery or a label sits on the folded cuff.

Chunky Knitting

Standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style and color. Materials, processes, packaging and delivery requirements can change the final terms.

In-House Production and Inspection

Our factory handles knitting, sewing, decoration, finishing and packing in-house without outsourcing production. IQC, IPQC and FQC cover incoming materials, work in progress and finished goods. Bulk orders are checked against the approved sample.

The standard MOQ for custom cuffed beanies is 50 pieces per style and color. A standard pre-production sample usually takes 5 to 7 days; a 3-day rush option may be available for an extra fee. Bulk production typically takes 15–20 days after written sample and specification approval and receipt of the 50% deposit. Shipping time is additional. Special yarns, colors, processes, packaging, revisions or factory scheduling can change the final quantity, cost or timing.
