Plan the Label Set and the Packed Product

Labels identify the brand and carry the approved product information. Packaging protects and presents the beanie. Plan both around the actual beanie and order quantity.

  • Beanie styles: Cuffed, pom pom, fisherman, slouchy, cuffless and Christmas beanies.
  • Orders: Private-label collections, retail orders, promotional programs and bulk orders that require specified labels or individual packaging.
  • Before sampling: Send final label content and packaging requirements before sampling. Confirm materials, printing, dimensions, placement and minimum quantities for each project.

Care Labels and Hangtags

Care labels and hangtags need readable product information and an attachment suited to the knit.

  • Provide the final content and artwork for each item.
  • Confirm material, dimensions, colors and attachment or placement.
  • Check readability and confirm the complete label set on the physical sample.

Individual Bags

Choose a PE bag, kraft paper bag or biodegradable bag where required. The dimensions and packing method should suit the folded beanie and included items.

  • Confirm the exact bag material and dimensions for the packed product.
  • State whether custom printing is required and supply the final artwork.
  • Confirm material availability, packing method and minimum quantity before finalizing the quote.

They can. The standard beanie MOQ is 50 pieces per style and color, while custom components may have different minimums. Samples normally take 5–7 days, with a 3-day rush option at extra cost. Regular production typically takes 15–20 days after written sample and specification approval and receipt of the 50% deposit, excluding shipping; component supply, printing, quantity and scheduling affect final timing.
