How Custom Beanie Orders Work
Start with a reference or a short brief. We develop the specification, make a sample for approval and produce the order in our own factory, with clear checks before shipment.
Your Order at a Glance
The order has four main stages, with detailed steps below.
1. Share and Review
Send what you have. We clarify the product details, check feasibility and prepare a written quote.
2. Sample and Approve
Review the physical beanie, including yarn, fit, color, logo, labels and packaging.
3. Make and Inspect
After written approval and the agreed deposit, our factory produces and checks the order.
4. Pack and Ship
We prepare the goods and shipping documents, then release the order under the agreed payment and delivery terms.
What Happens at Each Stage
Here is what you provide and what our factory handles at each step.
1. Share Your Idea or Reference
A photo, drawing, sample or design description is enough to begin. We help turn it into the written brief needed for a quote.
- Starting point Share the style, intended use and estimated quantity.
- Product details Add material, size, color and construction requirements if known.
- Branding Include any logo, label or packaging ideas.
- Delivery target Tell us the destination and date. We identify the details still needed.
2. Review the Written Quotation
We check yarn supply, construction, decoration, packaging and factory scheduling before confirming the commercial terms.
- Feasibility Review materials, structure, logo method and packaging.
- Order requirements Confirm quantity, tests, destination, trade term, samples and schedule.
- Written terms The quote lists price, MOQ, sample terms, payment, estimated timing, delivery terms and known charges.
- Changes A different specification, quantity or deadline may require a revised quote and schedule.
3. Develop the Pre-Production Sample
Once we agree on the specification, sample fee and freight, we make a physical sample for your approval before production.
- Final references Supply final artwork, Pantone references or color samples and measurements.
- Complete product Review yarn, structure, color, fit, logo, workmanship and packing.
- Sample timing Normally 5–7 days. A 3-day rush option costs extra; availability and complexity affect timing.
- Revisions The first two revisions are free. Later changes are quoted and agreed before work starts.
4. Approve the Sample in Writing
Check the sample in person, then send approval or requested changes by email or an accepted platform message.
- Physical review Check construction, material, color, dimensions, logo, workmanship and packaging.
- Written approval Confirm the final sample and specification before bulk production.
- Production reference We record the approved sample, measurements and changes for the factory.
5. Produce and Inspect the Order
Bulk production starts after sample and specification approval, acceptance of the order documents and receipt of the 50% deposit.
- In our factory Prepare yarn, knit, sew, apply branding, finish and pack the beanies.
- Three inspection stages IQC checks materials, IPQC checks work in progress and FQC checks finished goods.
- Order updates Receive the agreed progress updates and photos or video of completed production.
- Your inspection Arrange a third-party inspection before shipment if required.
6. Complete Packing and Delivery
After the agreed inspection and payment conditions are met, we prepare the order for release to the carrier or your forwarder.
- Packing Pack to the approved specification.
- Balance The remaining 50% is due before shipment unless agreed otherwise.
- Documents Prepare the commercial invoice, packing list and other required shipping files.
- Delivery Use the agreed door-to-door service, Incoterms® 2020 rule or your nominated forwarder.

Production and inspection follow the approved sample and written specifications.
Checks at Each Stage
Incoming yarn and accessories, work in progress, and finished beanies are checked under IQC, IPQC and FQC.
Ready for Shipment
We check the finished packing and prepare the order documents before handing over the goods.

Ordering and Sampling Questions
Understand the approvals, fees and timing before placing an order.
No. Start with a style reference, a design idea or a sample and an estimated quantity. For an accurate quote, we confirm material, measurements, colors, branding, labels, packaging, destination, target date and any testing or trade-term requirements.
Standard pre-production sampling normally takes 5–7 days, with a 3-day rush option at extra cost. Sample fees and freight are quoted for the project; the sample fee may be refunded at the agreed bulk quantity. The first two revisions are free, and further changes are confirmed separately. Approve the physical sample before production.
After you approve the physical sample and final specification in writing, accept the order documents and pay the 50% deposit. Packaging, testing and other production requirements must also be finalized.
We use IQC for incoming yarn and accessories, IPQC during production and FQC for finished beanies and packing. Full inspection or AQL sampling can be agreed. You may also arrange a third-party inspection before shipment.
Regular bulk production typically takes 15–20 days after written sample and specification approval and receipt of the 50% deposit. Yarn supply, construction, decoration, quantity, revisions, packaging and factory scheduling can change that estimate. Shipping time is additional and depends on the agreed route, destination and carrier; delivery dates are estimates unless guaranteed in writing.
