From yarn preparation to packed beanies, your order is made in our own Suzhou factory. Our team handles knitting, sewing, embroidery, printing, finishing and inspection for custom and private label orders.

We develop the yarn, knit structure and decoration together, using the finished sample as the production reference.

Branding and Finishing
Embroidery, printing, labels, pom poms and steam shaping are completed in-house. Size, placement and finish are checked on the complete beanie.
Small Runs and Mixed Ranges
Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style and color. Multiple styles and colors can be planned together; yarn, components and available production time determine the final schedule.
From Incoming Yarn to Finished Beanies
We follow the approved specification through production and the agreed checks.
- Yarn and accessories
Check incoming color, specifications and required components. - Knitting and sewing
Monitor stitch density, tension, seams and dimensions. - Branding and shaping
Apply the approved logo, then complete steam shaping and finishing. - Final inspection
Review appearance, size, logos, pom poms and packing requirements. - Packing and release
Pack accepted goods and prepare them for the agreed delivery arrangement.
Quality Control at Three Stages
Incoming, in-process and final checks connect the material specification to the finished order. Inspection records are kept for at least 12 months.
- IQC — incoming materials
Verify yarn colors, specifications and accessories before use. - IPQC — during production
Check knitting density, tension, sewing, embroidery and dimensions as work progresses. - FQC — finished goods
Check appearance, measurements, logos, pom poms and packaging. Full inspection or AQL sampling can be agreed for the order.

How we make, inspect and schedule custom beanie orders.
Our own facility is at 165 Shuanglong Road, Xizhang, Zhangjiagang, Suzhou, Jiangsu, China. Factory visits can be arranged in advance.
We prepare yarn, knit, sew, embroider, print, apply other approved logos, steam-shape, inspect and pack the beanies in our own factory. The team also prepares finished orders for shipment.
No. Knitting, sewing, decoration, finishing, inspection and packing stay in-house. Partners supply yarn and accessories and provide third-party testing and international logistics for the order.
Our monthly capacity is 50,000–100,000 pieces. The facility covers approximately 2,500 m² with 45–60 staff, 18 computerized flat knitting machines, 6 circular machines and 10 hand flat machines. Capacity for your order depends on its specifications and the production schedule.
Yes. Third-party inspection can be arranged before shipment. Our own checks cover incoming materials, production and finished goods, with full inspection or AQL sampling as agreed. Inspection records are retained for at least 12 months.
