Cotton Beanie Production at Our Factory

We review cotton percentage, other fibres, yarn supply and color before sampling, then produce the approved knit and dimensions. Organic cotton is a separate material request with its own document requirements.

  • Production and inspection: We complete knitting, sewing, logo application, finishing, inspection and packing in-house, without production outsourcing. IQC checks incoming yarn and accessories, IPQC monitors production, and FQC checks finished beanies against the approved sample.

Set Weight and Fit with the Knit Structure

We use yarn, gauge, layers and dimensions to develop weight and fit. The finished sample confirms how the selected cotton construction behaves.

    Match 3G, 5G, 7G or 12G to the required surface and weight direction.
  • Layers
    Specify single- or double-layer construction and the required lower edge or cuff.
  • Finished Size
    Approve width, crown height and cuff height in the selected yarn and structure.
  • Stretch and Recovery
    Check fit and recovery on the physical sample rather than inferring them from cotton content.

Approve Color and Care Before Production

Color is approved on the actual yarn and knitted beanie. We confirm care wording and fibre labels for the finished composition and construction.

  • Color Reference
    Provide Pantone references or a physical swatch and approve the feasible yarn result.
  • Finished Color
    Check the knitted sample because yarn and structure affect its visible color.
  • Care Wording
    Confirm washing, drying and handling instructions for the finished beanie.
  • Label Content
    Approve fibre percentages, care text, languages, size, placement and attachment.

Rib and Cuff Knitting

Develop a ribbed body with a folded cuff for branding. We confirm cuff height, finished width and recovery in the selected cotton yarn.

No. Cotton and organic cotton are separate material specifications. Request organic cotton and the supporting documents when needed. Either option requires an agreed fibre composition, yarn, knit, dimensions, colors, branding and care labels before bulk production.
Yes. You may request 100% cotton or a cotton blend, subject to yarn and color availability and knit compatibility. List every fibre and percentage. WiseBeanie checks MOQ, price and timing for the specification. Approve the finished sample because composition alone does not define weight, stretch, fit or surface.
Provide the required flat width, crown height, cuff height, wearer group and care-label information. Do not infer pre-shrinking, machine washing or fixed dimensional stability from the cotton name. If care or dimensional testing is required, include it in the written brief so the method, feasibility, cost and timing can be confirmed before the order.
The standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style and color. A standard pre-production sample normally takes 5–7 days; a 3-day rush option costs extra. Bulk production normally takes 15–20 days after written sample and specification approval and receipt of the agreed deposit. Shipping time is additional. Cotton yarn supply, color, structure, labels, packaging, revisions and scheduling can change the final quantity, price or timing.
