We source the agreed acrylic yarn. In our own factory, knitting, sewing, decoration, finishing, inspection and packing follow your approved sample for material, dimensions, colors and branding.

  • Production and inspection: We complete knitting, sewing, logo application, finishing, inspection and packing in-house, without production outsourcing. IQC checks incoming yarn and accessories, IPQC monitors production, and FQC checks finished beanies against the approved sample.

Specify Yarn and Knit Structure

We develop the acrylic yarn and knit as one specification. Specify composition, count, ply and gauge, not just the fibre name.

  • Fibre Content
    State acrylic or the exact blend. Do not treat standard acrylic and recycled acrylic as the same specification.
  • Yarn Detail
    Confirm yarn count, ply, color and required hand feel with the supplier and in the sample.
  • Gauge and Texture
    Yarn, gauge and stitch structure work together to determine weight, texture, stretch and shape.
  • Physical Approval
    When feel, color or recovery matters, approve the actual yarn and finished beanie.

Control Fit, Stretch and Shape

We check width, crown and lower edge in the chosen gauge and structure. The finished sample shows the stretch, recovery and shape you will approve.

  • Flat Width
    Record the relaxed flat width and intended wearer group.
  • Crown Height
    Confirm the finished crown height for a fitted, standard or slouchy profile.
  • Cuff or Edge
    Define cuff height and fold, or specify a cuffless lower edge.
  • Stretch and Recovery
    Stretch the finished sample and check its recovery; do not approve fit from yarn data alone.
Confirm Measurements

Confirm Color and Branding on the Knit

We review your colors and artwork on the actual knit. Stitches, texture and cuff folds may require changes to small details or logo placement.

  • Pantone or Swatch
    Provide a Pantone reference or physical sample and approve the closest feasible yarn result.
  • Embroidery
    Confirm artwork, thread colors, size, stitch density and placement on the finished knit.
  • Labels and Patches
    Specify material, dimensions, edge treatment, attachment and distance from seams or folds.
  • Knitted Artwork
    Confirm the pattern, color count, repeat and legibility before jacquard or intarsia production.

Embroidery

Stitch a logo onto the selected acrylic knit. We check size, density and placement with a sew-out; very small or dense artwork may need adjustment.

Knit Gauge

Choose a feasible 3G, 5G, 7G or 12G gauge for the selected yarn, weight and surface.

Finished Size

Define flat width, crown height, cuff height and wearer group. Approve finished measurements, not just a size name.

Color Reference

Use a Pantone reference or physical swatch. Confirm the yarn and finished sample before bulk production.

Logo Method

Match embroidery, jacquard, woven labels or patches to the knit surface, artwork and placement.

Approved Sample

Check material, structure, dimensions, color, logo, labels and packaging before written approval.

Specify acrylic content, yarn and knit structure, then review sampling and order terms.

We develop cuffed, cuffless, fisherman, slouchy, pom pom and seasonal beanies to an agreed acrylic yarn specification. The sample confirms fibre content, yarn, gauge, dimensions, color, logo, labels and packaging. Recycled acrylic must be specified separately.
Custom acrylic beanies suit brands, retailers, promotional distributors, teams and organizations ordering private-label or bulk headwear. Choose the required shape, weight, texture and use, then confirm the acrylic yarn, fit, color and branding in a pre-production sample. The fibre name alone does not define the finished beanie.
Specify standard acrylic or a defined blend, plus the required yarn count, color, hand feel and knit direction. Choose the gauge and structure for the required finished weight, stretch and recovery. Approve a physical yarn reference or finished sample when these details matter.
The standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style and color. A pre-production sample normally takes 5–7 days; a 3-day rush option costs extra. Bulk production normally takes 15–20 days after written sample and specification approval and receipt of the agreed deposit. Shipping time is additional. Yarn supply, special colors, construction, logo work, packaging, revisions and scheduling may change the final quantity, price or timing.
