Coordinate the Pom, Beanie, and Brand Colors

Choose matching or contrasting body and pom colors using Pantone references or a physical swatch. Review the full palette on the sample.

  • Pantone Color Matching
For teams and brands using defined color codes, final feasibility depends on yarn and knitting method; approve the color sample.
  • Physical Sample Matching
When matching an existing garment or material color, supply the actual reference and allow for yarn-specific matching conditions.
  • Matching Pom and Beanie
Review body and pom colors together; their different structures can affect the apparent shade.
  • Contrasting Pom and Beanie
Specify both color references for team or promotional designs needing a clear color break, and approve the combination on the complete sample.
  • Stripes and Color Blocks
Multi-color team and brand designs. Provide the layout, color sequence, and placement; feasibility depends on the knit.
  • Jacquard Patterns
Designs with knitted graphics or lettering. Supply artwork and color details; structure and color count are confirmed by project.

Yarn Pom Pom Beanie FAQs

Answers to the design, sampling and order questions for this style.

A yarn pom pom beanie is a knitted hat topped with a yarn pom. We make it for teams, brands, retailers, private labels and promotional orders. Fit, cuff, pom, colors, branding and packing are developed together, with the final design confirmed through sampling.
Set pom size and attachment alongside the hat measurements and cuff. Choose matching or contrasting colors, using a code or physical reference. Yarn and knit structure affect appearance, so approve the construction and color combination on a complete physical sample.
Send a style drawing, reference image, physical sample, logo artwork, or clear design notes, plus dimensions, colors, quantity, packaging, destination, and target date. We make a physical pre-production sample, normally in 5–7 days. You approve its material, structure, dimensions, cuff, pom, color, logo, workmanship, labels, and packaging in writing before bulk production begins.
The standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style and color, and bulk production normally takes 15–20 days after written approval of the sample and final specifications and receipt of the 50% deposit. Shipping time is additional. Special yarns, pom specifications, processes, colors, packaging, revisions, quantity, and factory scheduling can change the final conditions. WiseBeanie uses IQC, IPQC, and FQC during in-house production and can provide completion photos or video and support a pre-shipment third-party inspection.
Provide the beanie style, quantity by style and color, material, target dimensions, cuff, pom size and attachment requirement, color references, logo artwork, labels, packaging, destination, and required arrival date. Also state whether you need a physical sample. We review feasibility, yarn supply, process, MOQ, sample cost and time, bulk timing, packing, shipping terms, and known project-specific conditions in a written quote.
