Olive pom pom beanie with yellow knitted stripes

Your Artwork Developed into a Knitted Pattern

We review the pattern at stitch scale before knitting a sample. Color count, repeat, cuff and pom are approved together, so the artwork works across the finished hat.

Jacquard Pom Pom Beanie FAQs

Answers to the design, sampling and order questions for this style.

A jacquard pom pom beanie has a pattern knitted into the hat and a pom at the crown. Team, retail and private-label buyers can coordinate the artwork, body yarn, fit, cuff, pom and branding. The knitted sample establishes the final pattern and construction.
Start with artwork scale, repeat and colors, then choose yarn, dimensions, cuff and pom proportions. Adult, child, infant and oversized fits can be developed in acrylic, cotton, wool blend and the listed recycled or organic yarns. Approve pattern contrast, clarity, fit and pom attachment on the physical sample.
Send clear artwork or a reference showing the pattern, colors, scale, repeat and preferred placement. Also provide dimensions, cuff details, pom pom requirements, logo method, labels and packaging. We convert the layout into a knit-ready pattern and make a pre-production sample. Bulk production starts after written approval of the physical sample and final specifications and receipt of the 50% deposit.
Standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style and color. A standard sample takes 5–7 days, and regular bulk production takes 15–20 days after written approval of the sample and final specifications and receipt of the 50% deposit. Shipping time is additional. Special yarn, additional jacquard colors, complex artwork, revisions, packaging and the production schedule can change MOQ or timing. IQC, IPQC and FQC are applied to the order.
Send the beanie style, order quantity and color split, yarn preference, pattern artwork, Pantone or physical color references, finished measurements, cuff and pom pom details, logo and label requirements, packaging, destination and target date. We review pattern feasibility, yarn supply, sample terms, MOQ, production time and packing conditions before issuing a quote.
