Set both pom sizes and colors to suit the beanie outline. Review their left-right placement on the finished sample.
Pom Attachment
Specify the attachment for each pom. We check both connection points and the final construction against the approved sample.
Logo and Brand Finish
Position embroidery, a woven label or a patch in relation to the cuff and two-pom outline. Approve the result in the intended wearing position.
Specify Both Poms Before Sampling
Define size, color and attachment for both poms. Show how they sit on the beanie in your brief and approve the complete outline on the sample.

State the diameter of each pom or send a reference, then approve their proportions on the hat. - Pom Color
Matching, contrasting or multi-color designs. Provide Pantone references or a physical color sample and approve the result with the beanie yarn. - Pom Attachment

Fit for the Intended Wearer
Set the wearer and fit before fixing pom positions. Measurements, cuff height and crown volume determine how the two poms sit.

Provide target measurements or a reference sample; do not rely only on one-size wording. - Child Size
Confirm the intended age or measurements and review pom proportions on the sample. - Infant Size
Confirm dimensions, materials and trim requirements for the project before sampling. - Oversized Fit
Relaxed or larger-profile styles. Extra volume changes the relation between crown height and pom placement. - Cuff Height
Styles using a folded cuff or front branding zone. Confirm the folded height together with logo position and total beanie length.
Logo Methods for the Knit
Match the logo method to the knit, artwork and color count. Approve its relationship to the cuff, seams and both poms on the finished hat.

Suitable flat print areas and simpler graphics. Feasibility depends on the knit surface, artwork and color count. - Heat Transfer
Detailed artwork where the knit surface supports transfer. Confirm size, position and surface compatibility during sampling. - Jacquard Knit
Logos or patterns built into the knitted beanie body. Artwork scale, knit structure and yarn colors must be reviewed together. - Woven Label
Private-label identification on the cuff, side or inside. Confirm label size, material, content and placement. - Leather Patch
Patch-led branding on an approved area. Confirm patch material, dimensions, artwork and attachment by sample.
