Two knit beanies with patterned shells and faux fur poms

Develop the Knit Shell and Faux Fur Pom Together

Our factory develops the knitted shell and reviews the pom separately. Approve its size, color and attachment with the cuff, fit and branding on the complete sample.

Choose the Beanie Shell Yarn

These yarn options apply to the knitted shell. The faux fur pom is specified separately; approve yarn supply, color, knit and hand feel on the sample.

  • Acrylic
Confirm yarn color, knit structure and hand feel on the sample.
  • Cotton
Confirm cotton yarn availability, color and knit structure for the shell.
  • Wool Blend
Confirm blend composition and care requirements before sampling.
  • Recycled Polyester
Availability and supporting material documents are confirmed for the order.
  • Organic Cotton
Yarn supply and applicable material documents are checked before quotation.
  • Recycled Acrylic
Supply, color and applicable documents can affect MOQ and timing.

Set the Size, Cuff and Pom Structure

Use a drawing, measurements or a physical reference to set the fit. Confirm pom size, position and attachment on the full hat.

  • Adult Size
Adult retail, team and promotional programs. Final measurements and fit are approved on the sample.
  • Child Size
Provide target measurements and destination-market requirements before sampling.
  • Infant Size
Infant product programs. Size, structure and destination-market safety requirements must be provided for review.
  • Plus Size
Supply target measurements rather than relying on a size name alone.
  • Cuff Height
Set the folded cuff height with the overall hat measurements and logo area.
  • Pom Size and Attachment
Approve the pom size and attachment on the complete hat.

Coordinate the Beanie, Pom and Logo Colors

Treat shell, faux fur pom and logo as separate colors within one palette. A Pantone reference or physical sample guides the match; the finished sample confirms it.

  • Pantone Reference
For defined brand or collection colors, confirm the shell and pom separately and view them together on the sample.
  • Customer Color Sample
For a match to an existing textile or product, provide a physical reference when Pantone alone cannot describe the target.
  • Solid Color
For a single shell color, confirm the pom and logo colors separately.
  • Stripes
Team, retail and promotional color combinations. Stripe width, sequence and yarn colors must be shown in the specification.
  • Color Blocking
Projects separating colors across defined hat areas. Mark each area and color on the drawing before sampling.
  • Jacquard Pattern
Buyers placing repeated artwork or text in the knit. Pattern scale, yarn colors and knit feasibility are confirmed before production.

Select Packaging for the Order

Select packaging before the quote if it changes material, print or MOQ. Confirm the pack content, carton arrangement, destination and shipping marks.

  • Individual PE Bag
Confirm bag size and carton quantity for the finished hat and pom.
  • Kraft Paper Bag
Buyers requesting a paper-based individual pack. Size, printing, material and minimum quantity are project-specific.
  • Custom Box
Retail, gifting or private label presentation. Box dimensions, print, inserts and minimum quantity require quotation.
  • Biodegradable Bag
Projects requesting a biodegradable bag option. Material availability, size, documents and minimum quantity are confirmed per order.

Faux Fur Pom Pom Beanie FAQs

Answers to the design, sampling and order questions for this style.

A faux fur pom pom beanie combines a knitted shell with a faux fur pom. It is made for fashion, retail, gifting and private-label projects. Shell yarn and pom material are separate specifications; the complete sample confirms fit, proportions, colors, attachment and branding.
Choose shell yarn first: acrylic, cotton, wool blend, recycled polyester, organic cotton or recycled acrylic. Give hat size, cuff height and pom size, color and attachment. Pom material and construction are project-specific; a drawing or physical reference helps us sample and approve the complete hat.
WiseBeanie can apply embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer, jacquard knitting, a woven label or a leather patch to the knitted shell. Send the source artwork, intended size, colors and placement with the product specifications. A pre-production sample normally takes 5–7 days. Review the complete hat, pom, logo, labels and packaging, then approve the final specifications in writing before bulk production.
Standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style and color. A pre-production sample normally takes 5–7 days; regular bulk production normally takes 15–20 days after written approval of the sample and final specifications and receipt of the 50% deposit. Shipping time is additional. Pom, yarn, quantity, logo process, packaging, revisions and production schedule can change these terms. IQC, IPQC and FQC check incoming materials, production work and finished goods against approved specifications.
Send a product reference, quantity by color, shell yarn, measurements, cuff and pom requirements, color references, logo artwork, label content, packaging choice, destination and target date. Available packaging includes an individual PE bag, kraft paper bag, custom box or biodegradable bag. We review material and process feasibility, sampling, MOQ, production timing and delivery preparation.
