Christmas knit beanies with snowman and winter motifs arranged on a wooden table

Christmas Artwork Developed for Jacquard Knitting

We convert your editable artwork into a stitch-based plan. The full sample checks the repeat, colors and placement at the cuff, seam and crown before production.

Jacquard Pattern Structure

Define the artwork and layout. Repeats, wording, border bands and large color areas need a workable stitch-based pattern.

  • Repeating Motif
All-over seasonal icons or simple brand elements. Confirm the repeat width, height, spacing, direction, and color order.
  • Text or Word Mark
Brand names, short messages, or event wording. Check letter height and spacing in the knit sample; small text or thin strokes may need adjustment.
  • Border or Band Pattern
Cuff bands, stripes, and separated theme zones. Confirm the vertical position and how the band meets at the seam.
  • Large-Area Color Layout
Strong blocks of seasonal or brand colors. Confirm color boundaries, crown placement, and the approved yarn combination.

Set the Pattern Scale and Repeat

Supply the intended size, repeat and placement. Review stitch conversion, small details and how the pattern meets at the seam and crown.

  • Stitch-Grid Conversion
Convert the artwork to a stitch grid for the selected gauge, then review any details that merge or disappear.
  • Pattern Repeat
For artwork that runs around the hat, confirm repeat dimensions and the exact meeting point before the first sample.
  • Crown and Seam Placement
Patterns extending beyond the cuff or lower body. Check how shaping and the seam affect important elements; move or simplify them when needed.
  • Sample Scale Check
For each new artwork and size combination, approve the knit sample because yarn, gauge, stretch, and finished dimensions affect appearance.

Confirm Each Pattern Color

Identify each color area with a code or physical sample. Approve yarn shades, contrast and the complete pattern in the knitted sample.

  • Pantone Reference
For projects using digital brand guidelines, provide the exact Pantone reference for each yarn color.
  • Physical Color Sample
To match an existing garment or material, send a representative swatch and identify the surface and lighting used for approval.
  • Yarn and Knit Sample
Before bulk production, approve the selected yarns together in the actual pattern; do not rely on screen color alone.

Material for the Pattern and Use

Choose material for feel, use and pattern definition. Confirm composition and sourcing requirements before approving the yarn.

  • Acrylic
Confirm yarn quality, colors, knit gauge, and finished sample for the project.
  • Cotton
Confirm composition, hand feel, structure, and pattern clarity by sample.
  • Wool Blend
Confirm the blend, hand feel, care information, and supply conditions before sampling.
  • Recycled Polyester
Confirm composition, available colors, supporting documents, MOQ, and timing for the order.
  • Organic Cotton
Confirm material documents, supply, colors, MOQ, and timing before quotation is finalized.
  • Recycled Acrylic
Confirm composition, supporting documents, available yarns, MOQ, and timing for each project.

Jacquard Christmas Beanie FAQs

Answers to the design, sampling and order questions for this style.

A jacquard Christmas beanie has seasonal motifs, words or color layouts knitted directly into the hat. It suits retail, event and promotional orders that need a pattern across the body. Yarn, colors, fit, labels, packing and timing are defined for each order.
Send editable artwork with size, repeat, color references and position. We convert it to a stitch-based plan for the selected gauge and dimensions, then check small details, spacing, the repeat join, seam and crown. The full knitted sample confirms the result.
You can specify the jacquard pattern, yarn colors, material, adult, child, infant, oversized, or custom dimensions, and an additional logo method. Available materials include acrylic, cotton, wool blend, recycled polyester, organic cotton, and recycled acrylic. Main labels, care labels, hang tags, and PE bags, kraft paper bags, custom boxes, or degradable bags can also be confirmed.
Standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style and color. Sampling normally takes 5–7 days after specifications and workable artwork are confirmed. Bulk production normally takes 15–20 days after written approval of the sample and final specifications and receipt of the 50% deposit. Shipping time is additional. Jacquard colors, material, process, quantity, revisions, packaging, and the current production schedule can change the final MOQ or timing, so each quotation states the applicable conditions.
Send the hat style or reference, editable artwork, intended pattern size or repeat, Pantone references or physical color sample, wearer and dimensions, material, separate logo files, label content, packaging, quantity by color, destination, and required arrival date. We review these details for pattern feasibility, price conditions, sample timing, production timing, and packing requirements.
