Seasonal Embroidery Made in Our Factory

We review the beanie, artwork, stitch size and thread colors together. The sample shows the finished embroidery on the knit and cuff, ready for approval before the bulk run.

Embroidery Artwork Types

Use one final artwork version. Confirm spelling, graphic dimensions and placement; fine details must remain clear at the finished embroidery size.

  • Logo or Emblem
For brand and team programs, supply the final mark and required size. Fine details may need adjustment for the knit surface.
  • Short Text or Name
For events, staff groups and limited seasonal runs, confirm spelling, letter size and thread color before sampling.
  • Seasonal Icon
For Christmas retail and promotional ranges, confirm the exact graphic, dimensions and position instead of a general theme reference.
  • Graphic with Text
For designs combining a seasonal image and wording, keep the layout legible at the planned embroidery size and approve it on the full beanie sample.

Embroidery Clarity Checks

Review sewn detail on the selected knit. Fine lines, fill direction, underlay and edges affect clarity, stretch and local stiffness.

  • Small Detail Review
Simplify or enlarge fine lines and small lettering that cannot remain clear at the requested stitch size.
  • Stitch Direction and Fill
For filled shapes and multi-part graphics, stitch direction and coverage should support clean shapes without unnecessary local stiffness.
  • Underlay and Edge Control
For artwork sewn on a stretch knit surface, the production setup must support the top stitches and control pull around edges.
  • Full Sample Check
Approve embroidery clarity, shape, position and feel on the actual beanie before production.

Plan the Embroidery Position

Mark placement on the finished beanie, allowing for the fold, stretch, center line and seams. Approve the design in the worn position.

  • Embroidery Area
For graphics and brand marks in a defined area, mark the intended area on a beanie drawing or reference photo.
  • Cuff Fold
For cuffed styles and adjustable fold depths, confirm the visible cuff height so the artwork is not hidden or split by the fold.
  • Worn Position
For front, offset or side-facing designs, judge alignment while the hat is worn because knit stretch can move the apparent position.
  • Seam and Crown Clearance
For larger or higher placements, check clearance from seams and crown shaping before confirming artwork size.

  • Wool Blend
Confirm the blend ratio and care information before production.

Approve Knit and Embroidery Colors

Specify knit and embroidery colors separately, then review them together. Yarn texture, contrast and lighting affect how the finished design reads.

  • Pantone Reference
For brand-controlled color programs, provide the target Pantone and identify whether it applies to yarn, embroidery or both.
  • Physical Swatch
For projects matching an existing product or material, send the approved swatch and state which part must be matched.
  • Sample Confirmation
For every custom color combination, approve the knit and embroidery together on the actual sample before bulk production.

Embroidered Christmas Beanie FAQs

Answers to the design, sampling and order questions for this style.

An embroidered Christmas beanie is a seasonal knitted hat with a graphic, name or brand mark stitched in a defined area. We develop it for retail, events, staff gifts and wholesale orders. Hat style, yarn, size, thread colors and packaging are specified by project.
Set embroidery size and position on the finished hat, allowing for cuff height, stretch, center line and seams. Small text, thin lines or dense fills may need adjustment. Approve clarity, position and feel on the complete stitched sample.
Specify the style, adult, child, infant or custom size, material, Pantone or swatch-based colors, embroidery artwork, dimensions and position, labels and packaging. Send one final artwork file with the product specification. The sample normally takes 5–7 days after the details are confirmed and becomes the reference for bulk production.
The standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style and color. Bulk production normally takes 15–20 days after written approval of the sample and final specifications and receipt of the 50% deposit. Shipping time is additional. Material, embroidery, color splits, quantity, packaging, revisions and the production schedule can change these conditions. WiseBeanie uses IQC, IPQC and FQC, with bulk goods checked against the approved sample for embroidery, dimensions, labels and packing.
Send the beanie style or reference, artwork, target size, material, colors, embroidery size and position, labels, packaging, quantity by color, destination and required arrival date. Packaging can be a PE bag, kraft paper bag, custom box or degradable bag. We check the specifications for completeness, then confirm quote and sampling requirements.
