Set the Outer Color and Pattern

Send Pantone references or a physical swatch. Approve the outer color and pattern on the knitted sample, since yarn, structure and lighting affect appearance.

Solid Color
Uniform programs and clean retail designs. Confirm the target with a Pantone reference or customer sample.
Stripes
Team, retail and seasonal color combinations. Confirm stripe width, sequence and each color reference.
Color Blocking
Designs using defined color areas. Supply a drawing that identifies every color boundary.
Jacquard Pattern
For repeated graphics or brand patterns, review knit resolution and approve the artwork on the sample.

Logo Methods for the Cuff

Choose a logo that suits the cuff surface and available space. Review the artwork, color, dimensions and placement on the lined sample.

Embroidery
Direct stitched logos with clear shapes. Confirm artwork size, stitch detail, colors and placement.
Silk Screen
Review the artwork and knit surface before sampling a screen-printed logo.
Heat Transfer
Printed logos requiring defined color and edge detail. Confirm artwork, size, placement and the selected transfer result in the sample.
Jacquard
Knit the logo or pattern into the beanie. Fine detail is limited by stitch size and needs sample approval.
Woven Label
Small brand marks and private-label presentation. Confirm label dimensions, fold, colors and sew position.
Leather Patch
Patch-style branding on the cuff. Confirm patch material, shape, size, artwork and attachment position.

What can be customized on a fleece-lined cuffed beanie?

Customize the outer yarn, fleece lining, finished size, cuff height, color, logo, labels and packing. Adult, child, infant and plus-size projects are supported. Embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer, jacquard, woven labels and leather patches are reviewed for the chosen knit; the exact lining and any special process are confirmed for each project.

Which lining details should I provide before sampling?

Send the lining material or a reference, color, visible edge finish and required dimensions. Include any required composition, weight, performance level or market test before quotation. Warmth, windproof performance and other ratings are not assumed from the fleece-lined construction.

How are the fit and sample approved?

Review the fleece-lined cuffed beanie's fit on a physical sample with the outer knit, lining, dimensions, cuff, logo and labels together. Standard pre-production sampling takes 5–7 days. A 3-day rush sample is available for an extra fee. The first two sample revisions are free, while later revisions may be charged.

What are the MOQ, production time and quality checks?

Standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style and color. Lining, special materials or processes can change the minimum. Bulk production normally takes 15–20 days after written approval of the sample and final specifications and receipt of the 50% deposit. Shipping time is additional; materials, quantity, process, packaging, revisions and scheduling can affect production time. IQC, IPQC and FQC cover incoming materials, in-process construction and final appearance, dimensions, logo and packing.

What should I send for a quotation?

Send a product reference or drawing, outer yarn, lining requirement, quantity by color, target size, cuff height, Pantone or color sample, logo artwork and placement, label and packaging needs, destination and required arrival date. We will check for missing specifications, confirm whether the standard MOQ applies and identify any sample, production or compliance condition before quoting.
