Separate Opening Fit from Crown Volume
Extra crown length creates room behind the head; a wider opening changes how the hat grips. Specify these separately. Check the opening fit and crown drape on the same wearer before approving the dimensions.
Cotton Content Is Only Part of the Feel
Choose the required cotton content, then review yarn thickness and density for the drape you want. For a lighter seasonal hat, specify the target weight as well as the cotton content. If weight, wash behavior or a sourcing document matters, include it before we select and sample the yarn.
Place the Logo on the Worn Hat
A large, dense embroidery area may change how a fine knit folds in that area. Show the intended artwork at actual size. We can compare embroidery with a woven label or smaller mark and check visibility from the front and side in the approved wearing position.

Standard samples usually take 5–7 days after the brief and sample arrangements are confirmed. Sample fees and freight apply; the first two revisions are free. Special materials or further changes can affect timing.

- Confirm the logo remains visible without pulling the crown out of shape.

From Approved Sample to Bulk Production
We compare the opening, crown dimensions, edge finish and logo location with the sample during production. Final checks include the relaxed shape and agreed worn profile. If a wash test is part of the order, the method and acceptable dimensional change are set before release.
Bulk production typically takes 15–20 days after written approval of the sample and final specifications and receipt of the 50% deposit. Yarn supply, quantity and scheduling can change the lead time. The balance is due before shipping; transit is additional.
