From Approved Sample to Bulk Production
Our checks compare yarn specification, opening width, crown height and cuff against the approved sample. After finishing, we inspect the shape, seams, logo and labels. Agree on any required wash or dimensional-change test before production.
Bulk production typically takes 15–20 days after written approval of the sample and final specifications and receipt of the 50% deposit. Yarn supply, quantity and scheduling can change the lead time. The balance is due before shipping; transit is additional.
