Use the full visible body for knitted lettering, checks or repeat graphics. Our factory develops jacquard artwork for a cuffless shape, checking the lower edge, seam and crown before bulk knitting.

Check the Pattern at the Finished Size
A flat grid can look different when the hat stretches around the head. Set the finished dimensions before approving the artwork scale. We check front alignment, the seam join and crown changes on the complete beanie.
Build Contrast with the Actual Yarns
Use color references for each knitted area. A dark outline, pale background or close tonal pair should be judged in the chosen yarn, not only on a screen. Yarn and gauge determine how much detail the pattern can carry; simplify fine artwork if the knitted sample needs it.
Let the Knit Carry the Brand
A wordmark can be part of the jacquard itself. Check spelling, letter spacing and reading direction at actual size. If you also need an external label or patch, place it clear of the main graphic and specify how it attaches to the unfolded lower edge.
Check These Details on Your Sample
Standard samples usually take 5–7 days after the brief and sample arrangements are confirmed. Sample fees and freight apply; the first two revisions are free. Special materials or further changes can affect timing.
- Read every letter and inspect the repeat on the worn sample.
- Check clearance at the lower edge and pattern changes near the crown.
- Inspect front alignment and the pattern join at the seam.
- Approve the inside finish, labels and final yarn color order.

From Approved Sample to Bulk Production
During knitting we compare the pattern program, color order and repeat with the approved design. Assembly checks cover seam alignment, crown shaping and the lower edge. Final inspection includes lettering, dimensions, internal finish and label placement before packing.
Bulk production typically takes 15–20 days after written approval of the sample and final specifications and receipt of the 50% deposit. Yarn supply, quantity and scheduling can change the lead time. The balance is due before shipping; transit is additional.
