Cable volume and pom size affect how the finished hat looks on the wearer. Choose a closer crown or more room above the head, then check the pom on that shape. A flat drawing alone will not show the final balance.
Match the Knit Definition to the Yarn
Choose the shell yarn for its feel, color and the definition you want in each cable. Acrylic, cotton, wool blend and the listed recycled or organic options are reviewed against the selected structure. Confirm the pom color separately, especially when its material differs from the knitted body.
Give the Brand Mark Its Own Space
Embroidery or a sewn label can sit on the cuff without covering the cable pattern. Show the logo's width, height and position on the folded cuff. For a wider patch, check its flexibility and how its corners sit when the hat is worn.

Standard samples usually take 5–7 days after the brief and sample arrangements are confirmed. Sample fees and freight apply; the first two revisions are free. Special materials or further changes can affect timing.

From Approved Sample to Bulk Production
We check cable formation and crown shaping during knitting, then review the cuff, pom attachment and branding during assembly. The final inspection compares the full silhouette, measurements and packing with the approved sample. Tell us any required attachment test before quotation.
Bulk production typically takes 15–20 days after written approval of the sample and final specifications and receipt of the 50% deposit. Yarn supply, quantity and scheduling can change the lead time. The balance is due before shipping; transit is additional.
